Being born and raised in the Ohio Valley brings this series close to my heart, and if bear shifters were possible, it's easy to see them living in those West Virginia hills. In this second book in the series, Joe finds his fated mate when he least expects it, and Chelsie is thrown way outside her comfort zone with it all. In addition to a steamy fated mates romance, we get lots of twists and plenty of action as this clan works tirelessly to put a dent in the drug trade. All in all, another engaging and exciting romance with a swoon-worthy shifter, a feisty heroine, and a whole cast of characters that you'll want to know more about. I can't wait to see what's next for this clan.
